Lead Customer Operations Manager at Royal Mail

Paul Medcalf has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Paul started their career in 1993 as a Store Manager at GAME and later served as a District Manager. Paul then joined Woolworths as a Store Manager in 2003. From 2004 to 2006, they worked as an Area Manager at Gamestation. In 2006, they became a Regional Manager at GAME until 2010. Afterwards, they worked as an Area Manager at Speedloan Finance, responsible for the London and Southern England region. Paul then became a District Manager and later an Area Manager at Speedloan Finance. In 2015, they joined Poundland & Dealz as a Manager. In 2016, they became an Area Manager at AMT Vehicle Rental, where they were responsible for 4 sites across the South. Finally, in 2017, they joined Royal Mail as an Operations Manager before being promoted to Lead Customer Operations Manager.

Paul Medcalf attended Hackney Technical College from 1985 to 1988, where they pursued a degree in Horology. Paul obtained a C.M.B.H.I. degree during this period.
