Richard Smith

Richard Smith has extensive experience in project and product management, currently serving as a Senior Product Delivery Manager at Royal Mail since April 2023. Prior to this role, Richard took a personal sabbatical from July 2021 to December 2022. Richard's tenure at Lloyds Banking Group from January 2000 to June 2021 included positions such as Senior Programme Manager in Group Transformation and Group Change Management, Programme Manager for E2E Simplification, and various leadership roles in change delivery and project management. Currently, Richard is on a personal sabbatical since August 2024. Richard is an alumnus of Belfairs High School.
