Jamila Mohamed

Jamila Mohamed is an accomplished media professional with extensive experience in editorial leadership. Currently serving as the Managing Editor at Citizen TV under Royal Media Services Limited since April 2018, Jamila previously held various roles at Nation Media Group from August 2002 to March 2018, including Manager of Programmes and Product Development, News Editor/Anchor, and Managing Editor of QTV. Jamila holds an Executive Masters in Media Leadership and Innovation with Distinction from The Aga Khan University, completed in March 2023, as well as a Master of Arts in Conflict Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Media Studies from the University of Nairobi.
