Wilco Tomassen

Wilco Tomassen is a data engineer at the KNMI - Royal Netherlands Meteorological Institute since October 2023 and previously served as lead data and software engineer at CLEVER°FRANKE, an interactive design agency focused on information and data visualization for prominent clients like Google and UNICEF, from December 2011 to October 2023. Prior experience includes roles as lead developer at Midiator B.V. from November 2009 to October 2011, web-developer at Legaldownload from August 2004 to November 2009, and intern at SJB Media in 2007. Wilco holds a Master of Science in Media Technology with a focus on Artificial Intelligence and Natural Computing from Leiden University and a Bachelor of Communication in Web-development from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht. Additional courses were completed through Coursera.
