Sissy Kohler

Sissy Kohler has a diverse work experience in the events and floral industry. Sissy started their career as a Sales Associate at Bath and Body Works from March 2010 to March 2012. Sissy then worked as a Lead Banquet Server at Overton Hotel and Conference Center from August 2010 to January 2013. In 2012, they had an internship at Todd Events Creative Services as a Floral/Production Intern from May to August. Sissy also worked as a Receptionist at Tower Club of Dallas from February to May 2013. From February to June 2013, they were a Floral Designer at Posh Floral Designs. Afterwards, they worked as a Sales Representative at Dr Delphinium Designs & Events - Dallas Florist from May 2013 to October 2014, where their responsibilities included making and educating clients on flower arrangements. Sissy then gained experience as a Floral Designer at Garden Gate Floral from October 2014 to April 2015, where they prepared floral arrangements for events and weddings. From January 2015 to the present, Sissy has been running their own small business specializing in florals and event coordination. Currently, they are also the Director of Banquets and Events at Royal Oaks Country Club, a role they have held since April 2015. In this position, they plan and executes member events, assists with Club associations' events, and oversees the Receptionist Department.

Sissy Kohler began their education in 2004 at Northwest High School, where they completed their high school education. Following that, they attended Texas Tech University from 2008 to 2012, majoring in Hospitality with a focus on Wedding/Event Planning.
