Brian Mccrady is the Chief Facilities Officer, Capital Development & Facilities at Royal Ontario Museum. Brian has over 25 years of experience in facility management and construction.
Mccrady started their career as a manager, Research & Development for IPSCO Steel where they were responsible for directing short term and long term activities of engineers and technicians related to research and development activities.
In November 2003, Mccrady became the Director, Production for University of Regina, where they were responsible for directing and overseeing all aspects of the University’s Physical Plant’s Maintenance program.
Mccrady has been with Royal Ontario Museum since December 2008 and has been instrumental in leading various construction projects, most notably the $270 million Michael Lee-Chin Crystal expansion.
Brian McCrady has a Master of Business Administration from Lake Superior State University and a B.Sc. in Engineering Chemistry from Queen's University.
Brian Mccrady reports to Josh Basseches, Director & CEO. They are on a team with Sascha Priewe - AVP, Strategic Initiatives & Partnerships, Jennifer Wild - Deputy Director, Engagement, and Swarupa Anila - SVP, Exhibition & Gallery Development.
