Krista Blears

Krista Blears has extensive experience in customer service and operations management, notably at the Royal Ontario Museum since February 2016, where roles have included Coordinator of Special Event Business Operations and Lead Concierge. Responsibilities have encompassed ensuring high customer service standards, managing front-of-house operations, and providing support to visitors and members. Prior to this, Krista held positions at Loblaw Companies Limited with increasing managerial responsibilities focused on night shift operations, and earlier experience includes roles as Hydrogeologist/Project Coordinator at Conestoga-Rovers & Associates and Graduate Teaching Assistant at The University of Western Ontario. Krista holds a MSc in Geology/Earth Sciences and a BSc in Geology/Earth Sciences from Western University.
