Vivek Rajput has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Vivek began their career as an Industrial Trainee at Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces in 2006. Vivek then worked as a Senior Front Office Assistant and later as a Front Office Supervisor at Park Inn by Radisson. At The Park Hotels, they served as a Reservations Supervisor, managing room inventory and conducting staff audits. Vivek then joined Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group, where they held various roles including Assistant Manager Reservations, Assistant Revenue Manager, and Revenue Manager, focusing on revenue optimization and pricing strategies. After that, they worked at Accor as a Revenue Manager and at Preferred Hotels & Resorts as a Cluster Revenue Manager. Vivek then joined Radisson Hotel Group as an Associate Director of Revenue. Currently, they are the Director of Revenue Management & e-Distribution at Royal Orchid Hotels, overseeing revenue management and online distribution strategies.
Vivek RAJPUT obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Sales, Distribution, and Marketing Operations from Punjab Technical University, which they attended from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they received a degree in Hotel Management, specializing in Hospitality Administration/Management from J P I H M & C T, where they studied from 2005 to 2008. Additionally, they obtained a certification in BRAVO from the Radisson Blu Hotel New Delhi Dwarka in March 2015.
