Juliana Dacosta

Juliana DaCosta has a diverse background in the real estate industry, starting in 2006 with their own company, DaCosta School of Real Estate, Inc., where they served as a Certified State Instructor. Juliana offered pre and post licensing classes, continuing education courses, and specialized courses in real estate.

In 2010, Juliana became the Broker of Record at Re/Max Edge of Fort Myers, where they oversaw associates and also listed and sold properties. Juliana transitioned to a referral brokerage, holding licenses for individuals who did not actively participate in real estate.

Juliana also worked as a Director of Guest Relations at South Seas Resorts from 1990 to 2003.

In 1970 to 1971, they attended the Berlitz School of Language where they obtained a certification in French Language and Literature.

Apart from their formal education, Juliana DaCosta holds several additional certifications. In 2013, they obtained the "AT HOME WITH DIVERSITY" certification from the National Association of Realtors. In 2012, they received the "CIPS Certified International Property Specialist" certification from the same institution.

Furthermore, they are a certified Reconnective Healing Practitioner, having obtained this certification from Dr. Eric Pearl/The Reconnection in December 2009. In September 2009, they obtained the title of Real Estate School Permit Holder from the Department of Business and Professional Regulation. Finally, in September 2003, they became a Certified Real Estate Instructor, also accredited by the Department of Business and Professional Regulation.
