Philip Carroll

Philip Carroll has extensive work experience in the commercial real estate and mortgage industry. Philip started their career in 1979 as an Assistant Vice President at The Chase Manhattan Bank. Philip then worked at Bank of America as the Miami-Dade Market Manager for Commercial Real Estate Banking for 18 years. In 2003, they joined KeyBank Real Estate Capital as the Regional Manager for the Southeast US Commercial Real Estate division. After that, they served as the President of American Real Estate Capital, a subsidiary of American Financial Group. From 2012 to 2019, they worked at Grandbridge Real Estate Capital as a Senior Producer, where they provided capital for commercial real estate and managed a portfolio of over $30 billion in loans. Currently, they are working as the Director of Finance at Royal Palm Companies.

Philip Carroll attended Georgetown University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (B.S.B.A.) without specifying the start and end years of their education.
