Helen Chang

Helen Chang has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Helen has worked in various roles at different organizations. Helen started their career at the National Pharmacy Association as an Information Pharmacist, where they provided accurate and up-to-date information to pharmacists. Helen then joined Boots UK, where they served as a Pre-Registration Pharmacist and later took on roles as a Pharmacist, Store Manager, and Senior Pharmacist. During their time at Boots UK, they focused on delivering high-quality healthcare services and exceptional customer experiences. Helen also worked at the Royal Pharmaceutical Society, where they held multiple positions, including Senior Professional Support Pharmacist, Professional Support Manager, Foundation Programme Lead, and Head of Faculty and Foundation. In these roles, they led various projects and initiatives aimed at providing professional development and support services for pharmacy professionals. Their responsibilities included developing educational programs, managing supplier relationships, and overseeing the operations of information resource centers. Helen Chang began their education at the University of Bath in 1996 and completed their studies in 2002. During their time at the University, they focused on the field of Pharmacy. After completing their studies, they obtained their Pharmacist certification from the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) in August 2003.

In 2015, Helen Chang enrolled at UCL to further their education in Pharmacy Practice and Policy. Helen is currently pursuing their degree in this field, and the end year of their studies is not specified.
