Joanne Clarke

Joanne Clarke is a highly experienced pharmacist specializing in community services and palliative care, currently serving as the lead pharmacist for HCRG Care Group and as the Advanced Specialist Pharmacist - Project Lead at NHS Specialist Pharmacy Service. Joanne holds leadership roles in both the United Kingdom Clinical Pharmacy Association, chairing the Community Health Services committee and leading the education initiatives, as well as acting as the SW Regional Ambassador for the Royal Pharmaceutical Society. Previous roles include leading integrated community services at Great Western Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and academic positions as an external examiner and teaching fellow at the University of Leeds and University of Bath, respectively. Joanne possesses extensive qualifications, including an MPharm from the University of Bath and various certifications in pharmacy practice and leadership.
