Clara Cutajar

Clara is a Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Clara has provided a broad range of services including assurance and tax services and for the last 20 years has specialised in transactions advice having worked in Australia and overseas. Clara has had exposure to several sectors including infrastructure, real estate, and health. Clara is a member of the PwC’s Deals Leadership team in Australia and a member of PwC’s Global Infrastructure Leadership Team. Clara contributes to a number of committees including being a member of the Australian Business Councils Infrastructure, Housing and Construction Working Group. She holds a Bachelor of Business from the University of Western Sydney, a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and New Zealand.
