Lindi B. has extensive experience in human resources and business coordination, currently serving as the HR and Business Coordinator at Eighteen Capital Group since June 2015. Prior to this role, Lindi B. worked as a Legal Administrative Assistant at Kennyhertz Perry from June 2015 to August 2016. Lindi B. is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree at Bellevue University while also holding an Associate’s Degree from Southeast Community College.

Primarily utilizing capital from partners, 18CG currently owns 6,912 apartment units spanning across 33 properties. The founding principals of 18CG are Michael Gortenburg and Scott Asner; key partners include Isaac Gortenburg and Jeffrey Gibbs.
