Carolyn Levesque

AVP, Operations & Resilience at Royal Roads University

Carolyn Levesque has worked in the Canadian government for over 20 years. Carolyn started their career as a program assistant in the security liaison, consular, and immigration department of the Canadian High Commission in Nairobi. Carolyn later became the AVP of Operations & Resilience at Royal Roads University.

Carolyn Levesque has a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in French - Business from the University of Waterloo. Carolyn also has two Graduate Certificates, one in Strategic HR Management and one in Project Management, both from Royal Roads University. In addition, they are certified by the Canadian Council of Human Resources Associations (CCHRA) as a CPHR and by the Project Management Institute as a Project Management Professional (PMP).

They work with Rhonda White - Enrolment Advisor, Colleen McGonigal - Manager, Bookstore & Library Front Desk, and Zoë MacLeod - AVP, Professional & Continuing Studies. Carolyn Levesque reports to Philip Steenkamp, President & Vice-Chancellor.
