Francis D. Mairet, MBA, is a seasoned hospitality management professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Principal at Mairet Hotels since July 2013, Francis focuses on maximizing profitability and market competitiveness for hotel owners. In addition to hospitality management, Francis has been an Associate Faculty member at Royal Roads University since July 2012, teaching Hospitality Entrepreneurship within the International Hotel Management Program. Previous experience includes roles as Regional Director at Atlific Hotels and TravelCLICK Inc., and General Manager with Marriott International. An educational background includes an MBA in Executive Management from Royal Roads University and a Management Certificate in Marketing Management from the British Columbia Institute of Technology, supplemented by studies at Ecole Hôtelière de Paris.
