Edward Matera

Ed Matera serves as Chief Financial Officer for the Company and is responsible for all aspects of financial reporting and accounting functions. His duties include preparation of the financial deliverables to the Company’s various joint venture partners and lenders as well as oversight of the payables, receivables and payroll functions. He also serves as liaison between the corporate office and the hundreds of employees at the various facilities in the portfolio. Prior to joining the Company, he worked in several various industries thereby bringing a wide accounting knowledge base that allows him to utilize prior experience and cater it to the Company’s specific needs.

Mr. Matera received a Bachelor of Science in Financial Accounting from State University of New York, College of Old Westbury.
