Adetola Adesida

Adetola Adesida is a Fellow at The Royal Society of Biology, holding the position of Full Professor, Associate Director of Otolaryngology Basic Science Research, and Director of Orthopaedic Basic Science Research at the University of Alberta. Adesida has a diverse academic background, including roles as a Marie Curie Transfer-of-Knowledge Fellow at CellCoTec, a Visiting Scholar at University Hospital Basel, and a Postdoctoral Fellow at Harvard University and Massachusetts General Hospital. Adesida holds a PhD in Pharmacy from The University of Manchester, a Master's degree in Biological Chemistry from the University of Essex, and a Bachelor's degree with Honours in Biological & Medicinal Chemistry from the University of Essex.
