Karlijn van Den Elsen-Koolen

Karlijn van den Elsen-Koolen is an experienced professional in facility management, currently serving as Manager of Facilities at Royal Swinkels since October 2022. Prior to this role, Karlijn accumulated extensive experience at Gom from September 2015 to October 2022, where responsibilities included innovative concept implementation as Klantmanager Concept Development and managing customer satisfaction for the Offices in the Eindhoven and Limburg regions. Additional roles at Gom encompassed operational and financial management for significant client locations, along with operational supervision as a Jr. Rayonmanager. Earlier experience includes a JR. Rayonmanager position at Trigion during a management traineeship and roles within Facilicom, as well as earlier positions in service and administration. Karlijn graduated in International Real Estate and Facility Management from Breda University of Applied Sciences in 2013.
