Paul Steffen

Paul Steffen has extensive work experience in various roles within the manufacturing industry. Paul began their career at Johnson Controls in 1991, where they served as a Human Resources Manager for 13 years. In 2004, they joined Royal Technologies Corp. and held positions such as Human Resources Manager, Plant Manager, Business Unit Manager, and Director of Operations. As of November 2021, Paul is currently the Vice President of Sales at Royal Technologies Corp.

Paul Steffen completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A) degree at Grand Valley State University from 1992 to 1996. Paul went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Cornerstone University from 2005 to 2007.
