Phil Carpenter

Phil Carpenter has a strong background in new product development and engineering. Phil started their career as an Engineering Manager at Broadview Product Development from June 1998 to June 2003. Phil then joined Izzy+ as the Director of Advanced Development, responsible for new concept development and the installation of "Concept Cars" to be showcased at NeoCon. Phil continued to progress at Izzy+ and became the Director - New Product Development, managing a team of engineers and craftsmen and overseeing product development for multiple brands. In 2014, Phil joined Royal Technologies Corp. as a Project Engineer and eventually became the New Product Development Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Director of New Product Development at Royal Technologies, leading teams of engineers and manufacturing professionals to support customer product launches.

Phil Carpenter has a strong education background with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) degree. Phil obtained their MBA degree from Cornerstone University, focusing on Project Management, from 2021 to 2023. Prior to that, they attended Ferris State University from 1992 to 1996, where they obtained their BSME degree. At Ferris State University, their field of study included Mechanical Engineering, Plastics Design, and Finance. Additionally, Phil Carpenter holds a certification in Creo Parametric Fundamentals from PTC University, which they obtained in March 2021.
