Bassil Aslam Mrics

Bassil Aslam MRICS is a seasoned professional in land acquisition and planning, currently serving as the Founder and Land & Planning Director of Orchestra Land since November 2015, where expertise is applied in advising various stakeholders on maximizing land assets. In addition to this role, Bassil is a shareholder at Lewis & Scott Retirement Living Ltd, focusing on providing homes for individuals aged 60 and over. Bassil has held multiple positions within the RICS, including Chartered Planning & Development Surveyor and Board Member for RICS East of England, while also serving as an Associate Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute.
