Colin B. is an experienced urban design and heritage professional with a robust background in managing conservation and design projects across various councils and organizations. Currently serving as the Team Leader for Heritage & Projects at Brighton & Hove City Council since July 2023, Colin also holds a voluntary position as Vice Chair of the Urban Design Network at the Royal Town Planning Institute. Previous roles include Associate at AECOM, Heritage Townscape Officer at Be First Regeneration Limited, and Design and Conservation Officer at Westminster City Council, among others. Colin has a strong track record in delivering heritage initiatives and managing significant public realm enhancements, backed by higher education qualifications in Historic Conservation, Planning Policy, Urban Design, Intellectual Property Law, and Environmental Science.
