Pete Brown BSc MSc MRTPI is a chartered town planner and co-founder of Arenite Developments, where a focus on place-making and a meritocratic approach drive the mission since March 2024. With a robust background in property development starting in 2006, Pete also serves as a Commercial Director at Paneltech Industries Limited and as a Director at Estrans, overseeing company strategy and diversifying into property development since May 2014. Previously, Pete was a Development Manager at Freemantle Developments Limited, managing 28 schemes with a capital value of £75 million. Additionally, Pete has held the position of Town Planner at GVA Property Consultancy and has been a chartered member of the Royal Town Planning Institute since March 2009. Educational qualifications include a First Class BSc in Economics and an MSc in Town Planning from Cardiff University.
