Lars Rytter

Lars Rytter is an accomplished procurement and finance professional with extensive experience in the agribusiness sector. Currently serving as Group Procurement Category Manager for Cereals and Commodities at Royal Unibrew since February 2023, Lars has also held the position of Chairman of the Board for NØBU since October 2017. Previous roles include Portfolio Manager at DLG-koncernen, Commodity Trader at Hornsyld Købmandsgaard A/S and DLG, and Senior Risk Analyst at DONG Energy. Lars began the career as an Assistant at GE Money Bank and progressed through various roles, obtaining an MSc in Finance and Accounting and a BSc in Economics and Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School, along with additional education in leadership and other relevant programs.
