Kasper C. Ryttersgaard Jacobsen has a diverse work experience. Kasper C. Ryttersgaard started their career in 2003 as a Salgskonsulent at Kims A/S until September 2003. From there, they joined Sara Lee Norden A/S/ (Blumøller) as a Salgskonsulent until 2005. In 2006, they worked as a Key Account Manager at Valora Trade Denmark A/S. Kasper then joined Royal Unibrew in 2008 as a Business Unit Manager until 2011. Kasper C. Ryttersgaard then became a Sales Director from 2011 to 2016 before being promoted to Commercial Director until 2020. Kasper's latest positions at Royal Unibrew include Vice President & General Manager starting from October 2020 and currently, they are serving as the Corporate Vice President Global Partnerships & Commercial Tranformation since January 2024.

Kasper C. Ryttersgaard Jacobsen obtained a degree in Executive Management from INSEAD in 2015. Prior to that, they attended Handelshøjskolen i København from 2004 to 2008, where they earned a degree in HD Afsætning with a focus on HD A/U. In addition, they have also obtained a certification in the Executive Board Programme from INSEAD Executive Education in 2021.
