Mikkel Madvig

Mikkel Madvig has extensive work experience in various roles related to talent management, leadership development, and HR. Mikkel is currently the Chief People Officer and Head of Group HR at Royal Unibrew. Before that, they owned their own company, Mikkel Madvig ApS, for six years. Mikkel has also held senior roles at Maersk Group, where they were the Senior Director of Group Talent Management, and at Consortium for Global Talent, where they served as an Executive Board Member. Additionally, Mikkel has worked as a Managing Director at A&D Resources, a Managing Consultant at Mannaz, and as the VP of Talent Management at Right Management. Mikkel started their career as an Organizational Consultant at Danish Defense and worked as a Clinical Psychologist at Sct. Hans Hospital. Mikkel Madvig obtained a Master's degree in Psychology from the University of Copenhagen between 1985 and 1995.
