Julie Wright

Julie Wright, PHR, currently serves as the VP of Employee Engagement at Royal United Mortgage LLC, a position held since June 2014. In this role, Julie develops strategies to enhance employee engagement and communication, aligns organizational culture with branding initiatives, and fosters employee recognition. Prior to this, Julie was the Director of Human Resources at Royal United, where strategies for organizational effectiveness and cultural improvement were implemented. At Dominion Dealer Solutions, as the HR and Employee Development Manager, Julie collaborated with leadership through organizational changes and acquisitions. Julie also held the position of Technical Support Manager at Dominion, overseeing call center operations and focusing on employee development. Julie holds a Master's degree in Health Services from Penn State University and a Bachelor's degree in Health Services from Indiana University Bloomington.
