Randy Delprince

Randy DelPrince is a seasoned consultant and strategic leader with extensive experience in Agile transformation and technology development. Currently serving as a Business Agility Strategist and Scaled Agile Coach at Business Agility IQ, LLC, since December 2013, Randy has facilitated two Agile transformation initiatives and established portfolios and programs tailored to organizational culture. As a member of the Board of Directors at Royal United Mortgage, Randy contributes to fostering customer satisfaction and employee success within a large team. Previous roles include Senior Director of Application Development at Butler University, IT Director at Sallie Mae overseeing multiple projects, and co-founder and CEO of Celebrity Kids Studios, where a successful business model was developed. Randy holds an MBA in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix and advanced certifications in project management from Villanova University.
