Malcolm Chalmers

Malcolm Chalmers serves as the Deputy Director-General of the Royal United Services Institute (RUSI) since November 30, 2015, where responsibilities include acting as Research Director and directing the Proliferation and Nuclear Policy programme. Previously, Malcolm Chalmers held the position of Professor at King's College London and was a Special Advisor at the Foreign and Commonwealth Office. With a long-standing academic career, Malcolm Chalmers was a Professor of International Politics at the University of Bradford from 1985 to 2007. Educational qualifications include a degree in Economics from the University of Cambridge and advanced studies in War Studies at King's College London.
