Soklay Ky

Soklay KY currently serves as the Deputy Director of the Supervisory Data Department at the National Bank of Cambodia, having held various key positions since March 2007, including leading the Technology Risk Supervisory Group and managing multiple projects related to payment systems. Soklay's expertise encompasses policy development for technology risk management, oversight of national payment infrastructures, and educational roles as a lecturer at the Royal University of Phnom Penh. Soklay holds a Master's Degree in Information Management from Victoria University of Wellington, a Master’s Degree in Information Technology from Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and Engineering. Additionally, Soklay has contributed to various institutions in information technology training and project management roles.
