Rachel Kean

Rachel Kean, MBA, M.Sc. (HQ), CHE, PMP, LBB, CMP, currently serves as the Vice President of Quality, Risk, and Patient Experience and Chief Privacy Officer at the Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre, a position held since June 2007. In this role, Rachel oversees the Project Management Office, Health Records, Central Patient Registration, Coding, and Transcription. Previous positions include Director of Student Services and Financial Services and Acting Campus Director at the University of Phoenix, as well as roles at Apollo Financial Services. Rachel's educational background includes a Master of Science in Health Quality from Queen's University, an MBA from the University of Phoenix, and various professional designations in project management and lean methodology.
