Shauna Willmore

Shauna Willmore is a System Administrator with extensive experience in M365 and information technology services, currently serving at Collingwood General and Marine Hospital since October 2022 and Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre since September 2013. At Royal Victoria, Shauna has held various roles, including primary SharePoint administrator and Exchange administrator, while also managing CITRIX, O365, and Windows Server environments. Additionally, leadership capabilities were demonstrated as Service Desk Team Lead, overseeing a team of six and managing service requests and incident resolution.
