Mr Ryan is the Chief Information Officer at Yooralla. He has extensive Information and Communications Technology (ICT) management expertise within the Victorian public health sector and within other Victorian government settings. He has worked with the Department of Health & Human Services to assist with delivery of large scale ICT enabled projects. He also worked closely with Eastern Health during the redevelopment of the Box Hill Hospital and commissioning of an advanced electronic medical record system there.

Royal Victorian Eye & Ear Hospital
Based at East Melbourne, the Hospital, primarily an ambulatory and elective surgery centre, is one of Victoria's largest hospitals in terms of patient appointments. It undertakes half of the State's public general eye surgery, up to 90% of special eye surgery, and almost all of Victoria's public cochlear implant surgery.
