Heather Dawson has a diverse work experience in human resources and culture development. Heather is currently serving as the Director - People and Culture at The Royal Victorian Eye and Ear Hospital. Previously, they held the position of Head of People and Culture at St Vincent's Institute of Medical Research from 2021 to 2022. Heather also worked as an HR Manager at Bionics Institute from 2018 to 2021. Prior to that, they served as a Senior HR Business Partner at Monash University and a Senior HR Advisor at Flinders University.
