Eddie Bugajewski

Eddie Bugajewski has over three decades of experience in health, safety, environment, and quality (HSEQ) management. Eddie most recently served as the Director of HSEQ for Royal Wolf Australia and New Zealand, where they led the HSEQ portfolio across the operating assets in the region. Prior to that, they held positions such as the General Manager of Operations and HSEQ at ROBAR Civil, Group HSE and Compliance Manager at EDL, and Health, Safety, Environment & Quality (HSEQ) Advisor/Consultant at Atkins. Eddie has also worked at Chevron, Burrup Fertilisers, Site Safe New Zealand, Barclay Mowlem, Industrial Foundation for Accident Prevention IFAP, and Japan Drilling Company/Asea Brown Boveri (ABB), where they gained extensive expertise in managing HSE and compliance, leading teams, and implementing risk management processes.

Eddie Bugajewski has a strong education background in Occupational Health & Safety. Eddie obtained a Master's degree in Occupational Health & Safety from Curtin University in 2010, following a Post Graduate Diploma in the same field from 2006 to 2008, and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Occupational Health & Safety from 1996 to 2000. Additionally, Eddie Bugajewski has a Graduate Certificate of Business from Curtin University. In terms of certifications, they have numerous qualifications including First Aid, Mental Health First Aid, High Risk Work License, and various industry-specific cards and training.
