The Chief Operating Officer has executive responsibility for the leadership and management of clinical services, financial strategy and management, corporate support services, asset management and commercial operations at the Women’s. This role ensures effective and efficient delivery of high quality, integrated clinical services across the hospital with a focus on safety, quality and the patient experience. It also provides strategic leadership to the overall operations of the Women’s and leads business improvement initiatives ensuring consistency with the Women’s strategic and annual operational plans.
