Phil Horton

Phil Horton serves as the Environment and Sustainability Manager at the Royal Yachting Association and the Environment Secretary for the European Boating Association, both since December 2018. Additionally, Phil holds the position of Vice Chair at the Southampton Climate Commission and was an Independent Board Member for the British Association for Sustainable Sport until October 2023. Previously, Phil was the Managing Director at Dulas Ltd from April 2011 to November 2018, overseeing the company's strategic direction in renewable energy. Other roles include interim leadership and directorships at various companies such as Chillwind Ltd and Polestar Cooling Limited, and significant project management experience at the Centre for Alternative Technology. Phil's educational background includes a BEng from Brunel University London and an MSc from Wye College, University of London.
