Badar Zia, also known as Baxter Parks, has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Badar Zia began their career as a Data Entry Operator at Abu Dhabi National Carpet Factory (ADNC) in 2015. Badar Zia then transitioned to the role of Inbound Customer Service Representative at ePlanet Communications Inc in 2017. In 2018, they worked as a Lead Generation Specialist at 360 BPO Solutions.

In 2020, Badar joined Digital Globe Services, Inc as a Senior Sales Executive, where they worked until 2021.
