Kishore Kumar Thirupuraanandan

Kishore Kumar Thirupuraanandan has extensive work experience in human resources, with their most recent role being Director of Human Resources at Royal Cyber Inc. starting in 2021. Prior to that, they held the same position at SAI-Digital from 2015 to 2021. During their time at SAI-Digital, Kishore was responsible for driving the organizational agenda through HR programs, undertaking succession planning, tracking recruitment metrics, and managing the HR budget. Kishore Kumar also played a key role in aligning HR processes with company profitability targets and global compliance requirements.

Before SAI-Digital, Kishore worked as an Assistant Manager of Talent Acquisition at ACT FIBERNET in 2014 and as an Assistant Manager of Human Resources at BORN Group from 2012 to 2014. At ACT FIBERNET, their responsibilities included navigating job boards and social media platforms to find suitable candidates, overseeing the recruitment life cycle, and resolving candidate queries. At BORN Group, they focused on the recruitment of experienced professionals, manpower planning, and meeting client requirements.

Earlier in their career, Kishore held positions at Barclays and RBS International as an Advisor and Officer respectively. These experiences provided him with a strong foundation in the financial services industry.

Kishore Kumar Thirupuraanandan has a diverse educational background with degrees and certifications in various fields. In 2002, they completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Human Resource from Vellore Institute of Technology. Kishore Kumar then went on to pursue their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in International business [Human resource] from the same institute, which they completed in 2005.

In 2010, Kishore enrolled at Southampton Solent University in Southampton, United Kingdom, where they earned a Master of Science (M.Sc) degree in Shipping and Logistics. Afterward, they attended the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow in 2016 and 2017, where they completed the Advanced Program in Strategy for Leaders (APSL) with a focus on Strategic Leadership.

To further enhance their skills and knowledge, Kishore pursued a Post Graduation degree in Marketing Research and Analytics from Centennial College between 2020 and 2021.

In addition to their academic achievements, Kishore has also obtained several certifications. Kishore Kumar received the "SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central 2019" and "SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management 2019" certifications from SAP SuccessFactors in May 2019. In May 2020, they acquired the "Verified International Academic Qualifications" certification from World Education Services. Later, in December 2020, they obtained the "Rock Your LinkedIn Profile" certification from LinkedIn, followed by the "Human Resources: Pay Strategy" certification in November 2020. Most recently, in January 2021, they acquired the "Environics Analytics ENVISION SOFTWARE" certification from Environics Analytics.
