Saravanan C has worked in various roles in the talent acquisition field. Saravanan is currently working as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Royal Cyber Inc. since November 2021. Prior to that, they worked for a German MNC as a Global Talent Acquisition professional from March 2019 to April 2021. Before that, they served as a Talent Acquisition Lead at ManpowerGroup from May 2017 to March 2019. Saravanan started their career as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Datamatics and VertX Solutions in June 2009, where they worked until March 2017.

Saravanan C completed their education with a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Anna University. Saravanan attended this university from 2005 to 2009. Subsequently, they pursued a Master's in Human Resource Management from the University of Madras. Saravanan completed this degree between 2010 and 2012.
