Shahid Wazir

Shahid Wazir has worked in various roles and companies throughout their career. Shahid began their career as a Call Center Officer at Trakker Pvt. Ltd. in 2001. Shahid then worked as a Backup Team Leader at Ufone from 2003 to 2005.

In 2005, Shahid joined CampX Inc as a Manager Customer Services, where they managed staff and provided high-quality service to customers. Shahid stayed with CampX Inc until 2007.

From 2007 to 2009, Shahid worked as a Portfolio Manager at Ensign Communiqué, Shaheen Foundation PAF. There, they handled medical insurance claims and worked with insurance companies in California.

In 2009, Shahid joined Axact as an Executive Sales and Support. Shahid worked there until 2012.

Following their time at Axact, Shahid worked as a Customer Services Manager at Server4Sale LLC from 2012 to 2014. Shahid was responsible for invoice tracking and reconciliation.

From 2014 to 2018, Shahid worked at IBEX as a Back Office Executive. Shahid'sresponsibilities included managing Amazon, eBay, and Staples buyer and seller central, performing audits and data analysis, handling client requests and queries, and identifying process improvement opportunities.

Most recently, Shahid has been working at Royal Cyber Inc. since 2018 as an Inside Sales Manager.

Throughout their career, Shahid has demonstrated strong managerial skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Shahid is dedicated, innovative, and skilled in problem-solving.

Shahid Wazir completed an Associate degree in business from the College of Accounts and Management Science from 1997 to 1999. Shahid then furthered their education at Karachi University from 2001 to 2003, where they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a focus on Accounting and Business/Management.
