Sophia Lin

Sophia Lin serves as the District HR & Admin Manager at Royale International Group since June 2020, providing integrated solutions in logistics and courier services backed by three decades of experience. Prior to this role, Sophia held the position of Assistant HR Manager at Unipart Logistics from October 2014 to April 2020, contributing to the optimization of complex supply chains. Before Unipart, Sophia was the HR Manager at TMRC Impact, a branding and communication firm focusing on insights in the SE Asian market, from June 2012 to October 2014. Sophia also gained HR experience at Shanghai Wellong Medical Materials Co., Ltd from April 2009 to April 2012. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Applied Science in Chemistry from East China Normal University and further studies at Renmin University of China.
