Manjunath Gowda

Manjunath Gowda has extensive work experience in the field of HR. Currently, they are working as the HR Head at Royaloak Incorporation Pvt. Ltd. Since joining Polyflex Group Of Companies in 2015, they have held the position of Head HR. During their time at Polyflex, they were responsible for formulating and benchmarking functional best practices, implementing innovative HR policies and procedures, and managing recruitment processes. Before joining Polyflex, Manjunath worked as a Consultant at G-Force Aerospace Engineering Pvt Ltd from September 2012 to June 2015. Prior to that, they served as the Senior Regional Manager - HR at Jubilant FoodWorks Ltd. from March 2007 to September 2012. Manjunath also worked as a Sr. HR Executive at Molex from August 2005 to February 2007 and as an Officer - HR at Toyota Kirloskar Motor from March 2002 to July 2005.

Manjunath Gowda completed their Bachelor of Business Management (BBM) degree with a specialization in Marketing from GRCC in Bangalore, from 1994 to 1997. Following that, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources from Siddhaganga Institute of Management in Tumkur. Manjunath successfully completed their MBA program from 1997 to 1999.
