Julia DiNardo has a diverse and extensive work experience. Julia has held the position of Director of People & Operations at Royalty Pharma since 2010. Julia has also worked as an Adjunct Professor at New York University's Gallatin School of Individualized Study, where they taught fashion-related courses and provided guidance to students. Julia is the Founder & Editor at Fashion Pulse Daily, a platform focused on fashion and style. Additionally, Julia is the Founder and Designer of Neighbor Teaze, a sustainable t-shirt line based in Pittsburgh. Julia has also worked as an Adjunct Professor at LIM College, teaching at the graduate and undergraduate levels. Julia has contributed as a Fashion & Beauty Contributor at NBCUniversal and has worked as a freelance fashion and beauty writer and editor for various publications. Julia has also served as a Freelance Beauty Writer for BeautyHigh.com at StyleCaster. Julia's experience also includes being the Editor in Chief at Stylenotes and Full-Time Faculty at Gibbs College.

Julia DiNardo completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Fashion Marketing & Italian from New York University from 1999 to 2003. Julia then pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Italian Studies at Columbia University from 2003 to 2005. Additionally, Julia obtained the Workplace Mental Health Ally certification from SHRM in 2023 and became a SHRM-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) in August 2020.
