Rich Shelton

Rich Shelton currently serves as the President of Royce Construction Services, a company specializing in management, design, and construction for various projects, including renovations and historical restorations, with a focus on the design-build project delivery method. Prior experience includes roles such as Design-Build Operations Manager at KBR, Director of DoD Programs at Dewberry, Chief of Deployment Operations at the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency, and senior advisory positions at the US Army Corps of Engineers. Rich Shelton also contributed to academia as an Associate Professor at the United States Military Academy at West Point.
