Michelle Tobin

Michelle Tobin has over 20 years of work experience in the intelligence operations and program management fields. Michelle began their career in 2002 as a Program Manager at Booz Allen Hamilton. In 2017, they joined OGSystems as a Managing Partner and Onsite MOJAVE Project Lead/Senior Advisor for the MOJAVE Program Management Office (PMO). In 2020, they became the Chief Operating Officer at Abile Group, Inc. and is currently the Director Intelligence Operations/Senior GEOINT PM at Royce Geo.

Michelle Tobin obtained their Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Utah State University between 1992 and 1996. In May 2019, they obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
