Steven Baldwin has been working in the field of Unified Communications since 2006. Steven began their career at Force 3 as a Unified Communications Engineer, where they were responsible for engineering, integrating, and implementing Voice and Video solutions across Federal Agencies secure and non-secure networks. From 2013 to 2017, they worked at NJVC, LLC in a similar role, where they designed and engineered a solution for the customer’s deployed (remote) voice requirements. From 2017 to 2018, they worked at Chenega Technical Innovations, LLC as a Unified Communications Engineer, where they designed and engineered a solution to migrate the customer’s legacy PBX based phone system to a Cisco Unified Communications Voice over IP phone system. In 2018, they began working at Lindenwood University as an Adjunct Instructor, as well as at Royce Geospatial Consultants Inc. as a Unified Communications Engineer.

Steven Baldwin attended Regent University from 2002 to 2004, where they earned a degree in Organizational Leadership and Management with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General. In addition, they have obtained several certifications, including Security+ from CompTIA in January 2010, Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) Collaboration from Cisco in March 2015, Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing and Switching (CCNA Routing and Switching) from Cisco in October 2010, CompTIA Security+ ce from CompTIA in April 2015, and Implementing Cisco Unified Communications Voice Over IP and QOS from Cisco in March 2015.
