Donna Tobin

Donna Tobin currently serves as a Partner at Royer Cooper Cohen Braunfeld LLC, a position held since August 2019. In addition, Donna is a member of the USPTO Trademark Public Advisory Committee, appointed by the Secretary of Commerce, contributing expertise on the policies, goals, and performance of the USPTO. Previously, Donna co-chaired the Trademark & Brand Management Group at Frankfurt Kurnit Klein & Selz and held the title of Partner at Baker & Hostetler LLP, Aronauer, Re and Yudell, and Cooper & Dunham LLP, focusing on trademark and copyright litigation, prosecution, and transactions. Early career experience includes work as an Associate at Bigelow and Saltzburg. Donna holds a JD from Boston University School of Law and a BS in Communication and Media Studies from Cornell University.
