Sarah Crown, M.Sc., serves as the Vice President of Talent, Culture and HR Advisory at Royer Thompson since December 2021, having previously held the role of Director, Talent Advisory. Prior experience includes positions at SHL from April 2018 to November 2021, where responsibilities included Principal Consultant and Manager of Talent Management Solutions, as well as Managing Consultant.
